Everyone felt at one point the need to spend precious time with ourselves. That’s why I thought it was a good idea to talk about different actions in our favor, but also the benefits of moments in ourselves. I also hope that they will be of all help to you, and that you will be able to form certain tabrites over time.

I’ll start by telling you a daily habit she practices, namely proper skin care. I never sleep without removing myself and also moisturizing my skin with different creams containing natural ingredients, my favorites are Yves rocher. As I feel my fat and oily skin, I apply talcum powder to areas with excess sebum, and in the morning I wake up with a clean, matte skin. There is no morning in which I do not rinse my face with cold water, then applying La Roche Posay cream (perfect as a makeup base).

Another very important thing is sport, which is essential for maintaining a beautiful figure but also for health. I usually go to the gym at least twice a week, and after an intense workout, end with 30 minutes of “cardio”, helping the vascular system, and especially the lungs. Sport releases your stress and forms an enviable physique, increasing your self-confidence.

Make time for a hot chocolate / coffee in the city with people in whose company you feel good. This will greatly help you relax, give you the dose of socialization you need, and who knows, find new ideas and information from that person. Be careful to be positive and smile, it will make you appealing and strong.


Last but not least, this rule applies to men, but especially to girls, more precisely, “care for your nails!” When you have a nice look and a beautiful character, adore your nails attention, because you would not like to see some people with nails unheated. If you are not adept at gel nails or semi-permanent nails, I recommend that you always hold a nail file in your purse / car and do not ignore the nail polish transparent. It provides brilliance and prevents nail damage temporarily.

And now at the end … how many times did you have time this year to fill your foam tub and relax for 40-50 minutes in the water, detaching yourself from the problems? Well, I’m sure not too often, but this bathroom has become a habit, because it gives me the opportunity to spend time with me, and it’s really important not to forget about your person.
